Working with farmers is a core part of our business. The Managing Director Nigel Thompson qualified in 1986 as an Agricultural Engineer and managed a farm in Kenya for export of fruit and vegetables to Europe.
Many of us at Earth & Water come from a rural background, such as Vince van Sant who worked for the Department of Agriculture in Holland. He also grew Carnations in Australia for many years.
